Calligrapher and Graphic Designer

In search of myself, in the workshop of existence...

From childhood, with a family background in the arts, I developed a deep interest in calligraphy. At the age of 12, I began learning calligraphy under the guidance of Master Nouri. I joined the Association of Iranian Calligraphers and pursued my studies in calligraphy up to the Mumtaz (distinguished) level. My intense passion for calligraphic painting led me to explore this field seriously, delving deeply into its techniques, styles, and diverse approaches through research and experimentation. Simultaneously, I engaged in graphic design with a focus on typography, expanding my practice to include poster design, logos, visual identities, book covers, website design, and cultural and artistic projects. These activities resulted in hosting several solo and group exhibitions and collaborating with both private and public organizations. I began my serious journey in calligraphic painting at the age of 18 and have been continuously working and experimenting ever since. For me, creativity and a unique perspective in execution are the most crucial aspects of the works I create. Later, I shared my artistic and professional experiences at the university level, teaching topics such as typography, calligraphy in graphic design, and type design to students and art enthusiasts. Since 2011, I have been teaching at universities, educational centers, and my personal studio. Despite all this, I am still learning, experimenting, and exploring the boundless world of art.
